CALABRIAN - FIRE ROASTED

Delicious - Mild and Sooo Tasty

A couple of years ago Peter at La Bodega introduce me to this pepper that him and his family grow for his restaurant.

This last year 2021 we had Flat tack farms in Ridgefield, WA grow us some organic Calabrian pepper

Once the pepper are fire roasted the spiciness and sweetness come out that make this a one of kind favorite.

This sauce is pure and simple mild to med in heat - Rich flavorful almost like a Sun dried tomato (but no tomato’s in the sauce) Perfect on Pizza, Eggs, pasta or one of my favorites a few drops on a caprese salad.
